Customer Journey Mapping est le processus consistant à examiner la série de bout en bout des événements qui composent toute l'histoire avant votre produit / service, l'utilisation de votre produit / service et après. Ces cartes peuvent devenir assez longues et impliquer de nombreux acteurs ou personnages. Ils peuvent même ne pas être linéaires.
