Scala Dell'inferenza

La scala di inferenza è stata progettata da Chris Argyris, leader nell'apprendimento organizzativo. Il concetto di ladder è tutto sul processo di pensiero, sul ragionamento. Prestate attenzione a dove stai sulla scala - è meglio evitare di salire troppo in alto troppo in fretta.
