Quali Sono le Cinque Forze Della Concorrenza di Porter?

L'organizzazione industriale è un campo di studio che esamina le differenze tra la concorrenza "perfetta" tra aziende trovate nei libri di testo economico e la concorrenza "imperfetta" trovata nel mondo reale. Uno strumento derivato dal campo è l'analisi di Michael Porter, "cinque forze", sin dall'inizio del suo libro seminale, Strategia Competitive. Porter ha sviluppato le cinque analisi delle forze come una variazione più rigorosa dell'analisi SWOT ampiamente utilizzata. Il quadro si concentra sul livello di concorrenza all'interno di un settore per valutare la posizione strategica di un'azienda. A differenza dell'analisi SWOT, le cinque forze sondano l'ambiente imprenditoriale, anziché esaminare un'azienda stessa. Oltre all'analisi del PEST, scava in profondità le Opportunità e le Minacce dello SWOT.
