  • The golden age of Greece took place in 500BC to 300BC, Athens became the most powerful city-state, there were advances in science, math, philosophy, and architecture.
  • democracy was invented and the Parthenon was built, we as citizens are confident and glad about the military victory over Persian.
  • But then Sparta wanted to weaken the Athens and Athens wat to be stronger so they begin a war, Sparta conquered Athens in 404 BC. Which put an end to the Golden Age.
  • The was known as  the Peloponnesian war, which lasted a long 27 years. 
  • After his death, Hellenism spread. The culture, math, science, philosophy and much more things developed in this period.
  • In 336BC, Alexander the Great became the king of Greek after his father's death. He was able to conquer Persia and Egypt.
  • In 753BC, Rome was found by Romulous. He was the first of the seven king or Rome. When the last was expelled, the Senate began to rule Rome.
  • We are very strong and powerful, and we conquered a big area of land already.
  • I killed my rival, Pompey and conquered Gaul and the people love me!
  • Cheer for Julius Caesar!
  • Then Julius Caesar was to be a dictator for life decided by the Senate because of how powerful he was. And that was the end of the republic and the rise of dictator.
  • In 44BC, Julius Caesar was assassinated by a group of people that fear he was too powerful and wanted to bring back Republic
  • Augustus is the new ruler and he said the Roman Empire begin! And he will be the first emperor.
