  • After World War Two, as apart of the Marshall plan, the United States agreed to help those countries that were effected by the war.
  • America has enough food to feed nearly every individual in the world.
  • On July 10, 1954, President Eisenhower signed into law the legislation that would eventually become known as the Food for Peace Act.
  • The Food For Peace program provides food for malnutrition-ed  individuals all over the world. 
  • The Food For Peace Program has feed over 3 billion people around.
