The Notorious Jumping Frog of Calaveras County

Simon Wheeler forced me to listen about a old tale about Jim Smiley, Rev Leonidas W. Smiley. His voice was vary boring and monotone.
Smiley would bet on anything, and anyone. Even if all the bets were for one side, he would bet the other side and still win. He beton a horse that never won but on the day of the race the horse won.
Smiley even bet that his wife wouldn't live after the doctor said she would.
One day Smiley found a frog and started trying it to be the best jumper. He would push it from behind so it would jump high and far.
One day a man challenged him to a frog jumping contest and a bar. Smiley accepted and said he would find a frog for him. But Smiley left his frog at the bar and the challenger filled the frog with lead so it wouldn't jump.
Smiley lost but then found out that his frog was filled with lead. He got so mad he ran out of the bar to find the challenger. He couldn't find him, so he lived the rest of his life angry at the challenger.
