Storyboard Text

  • Exposition
  • Conflict
  • Rising Action
  • In a kingdom far away, there lived a semi-barbaric king. When he disliked or thought someone needed discipline he would make them go into the arena, where they would stand in front of two doors. Behind one door was a tiger and on gen other side there was a beautiful princess. If he picked the door the princess was behind her would marry her no choice.
  • Climax
  • The king had a daughter, who was in love with a man. The king disliked his daughters man. Her father didn't agree on her seeing someone.
  • Falling Action
  • The king set up the arena. The princesses man got put on trial. They put a tiger behind one door and a beautiful princess behind the other door. If he chose the side with the king then he wouldn't die, if he chose the side with the princess he would have to marry her with no choice.
  • Resolution
  • The king sent him into the arena. He had to pick between to two doors. He kept looking at the kings daughter. Everybody was looking at him.The kings daughter girl is really jealous, she doesn't want him to die but she doesn't want him to be with someone else
  • The prince is unsure what door to pick. He picks the side with the tiger. The tiger eats him, the princess runs to him crying. The king is super happy.
  • In the ending the author leaves us with a cliffhanger. The author purposes in the end is to let the reader decide what the princess choice for her lover was. In my opinion I believe the princess chose the tiger because the princess was too selfish to see her lover with someone else.
