The Voice of Reason
By: Jennifer L. Badger
Superhero, Voice of Reason is busy talking to President Theodore Roosevelt, about the issues in the US currently. Between Child Labor Laws, and Women Suffrage; between corruption in politics and living conditions in cities.
The Voice of Reason has the gift of convincing while telling the truth. She is the leader of the progressives, and takes everybody's opinions in, voting on the most reasonable. Child Labor Laws was a major issue to most and she convinced the courts into letting children getting an education instead of working in dangerous factories.
She believes what the majority of believes, thinking of the more reasonable choice (hence the name), that will help the U.S. become a better place to live. That includes allowing women suffrage. By allowing women to vote, they will be more equal. And isn't that only fair?
The Voice of Reason speaks in the name of goodness and truth. She will not stand or tolerate politic related corruption. She has the ability to make people tell the truth in court, so the victims get what they deserve.
The Voice of Reason does not find the working conditions and living arrangements sanitary or safe. She will voice her opinions on how to intelligibly help keep america's debt low, but keep work injuries to minimum. The Voice of Reasons believes in a better future for better factory equipment. It might be more expensive but will allow less work related injuries and lawsuits.
