  • The Mistaken
  • One night, after school, Liam was walking through the forest; an ant in a labyrinth. He stumbled upon a small house built into the side of a hill. The door was open and eveything inside was black. The  house inside was black and empty the doorway was like a black hole.
  •
  • Later that night, back at home, Liam decided to ask his mother, Jessica, about the mysterious home. She described a memory from her childhood to her young son. She talked as her son just sat and listened with a blank look on his face. She looked into the distance as if recalling a far off memory as she began, "when i was a young girl around 9..."
  • "Oh... I didn't see a man today. I'd like to meet him though."
  •
  • "...I was outside looking at the stars when something fell to Earth, or rather someone, an angel. That angel lives in that home you discovered. People kind of avoid him, which I don't understand, he's nice after all. They are scared he will smite them like all the others that disappear in the woods. But really he is Raphael, angel of healing."
  • As young Liam headed to bed, he pulled out his favorite book and began to read, with his dog curled up next to him.. He currently was reading Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix, waiting to see what happened in the ministry. As he read his mind kept wondering to the mysterious home and man. He decided he would go see the man tomorrow.
  • The next morning, he ate pancakes and scrambled eggs with his mom. Afterwords he ran out the door, telling his mom he was going to his friend Sam's house, when really he was going to go find Raphael. As he wandered through the forest, the trees danced around him, birds jumping out of nowhere. He was thankful he brought his best friend; his dog Remi.
