  • Set in the Castle of Elsinore. Young Hamlet lectures the players on how to do their performance, like a boss.
  • "Perform the speech, I pray you, as I pronounced it to you" (3.2.1)

  • "Faith, I must leave thee, love, and shortly too./ My operant powers their function leave to do./ And thou shalt live in this fair world behind,/ Honored, beloved, and haply one as kind/ For husband shalt thou-" (3.2.159-163)
  • The play begins, and the performers of the Queen and King talk about their marriage"
