  • ¨Set honor in one eye and death in the other.¨
  • ¨For let the gods so speed me as I love The name of honor more than I fear death.¨
  • I know that virtue to be in you, Brutus, As well as I do know your outward favor.
  • Brutus honors the city of Rome by willingly killing his faithful friend, Caesar. He claims hes doing it for the good of the people. Act 1 Scene 2 Line 86
  • ¨This was the noblest Roman of them all......And say to all the world, "This was a man."
  • Honor means more to Brutus than anything. He isnt afraid of death. He thinks that the Gods will understand why hes doing what hes doing, and that its for the good of the people. Act 1 Scene 2 Line 88-89
  • Cassius is smart and sneaky. He uses Brutus` honor to help kill Caesar. He had Brutus out to think that it was the best for the City of Rome and he was helping the people. Act 1 Scene 2 Line 96-97
  • Antony finds Brutus` body and says it deserves as much respect as he can get. He killed Caesar to protect and save the City of Rome from a so called ¨bad¨ ruler. Act 5 Scene 5 Line 69 and 75
