One day I woke up and realized something, And what that was is that I can be better,
I would spend class thinking what exactly I could do, lose weight.
I spent a lot of time on YouTube trying to figure out exactly what to do tolose weight
The biggest part of this journey was trying to eat right, junk food is tempting.
I spent a lot of time doing nothing but thinking about losing weight like it was some fantasy never possible.
It wasn't until April that i started to do something, I ran maybe a half mile a day.
