I can't focus and can't process anything the teacher is saying because I am so tired.
I'm nervous I'm going to fail the upcoming test because my brain won't function. I need to fix my sleeping patterns so I can focus more in school and get an A on this test.
I think I don't get enough sleep because I use my phone every night. I could be getting more sleep for all the time I spend being awake on my phone.
I will put my phone downstairs before I go to bed so it won't be a distraction anymore. Most importantly, I will get more sleep so I can learn and do better in school.
I'm glad I got to sleep more tonight. Now my brain will be ready for that test tomorrow.
Wow, that test went really well! I felt more awake and could focus easier, which definitely helped. I'm glad fixing my bad sleep habit helped my performance in school.
