Mary queen of Scots is born in 1542 to parents king James V and Mary of Guise, although in a turn of events king James V her father dies a few days after her birth
Mary is crowned queen of Scotland after her father passes away, with her mother acting as regent. at the age of six Mary is sent to catholic France to get an education.
when she turned fifteen she married prince Francis of France, the oldesdt son of the French king Henry II. in the years to come to ventures back to scotland although it is very different than what she could remember as now the country was prominently protestant.
France prepare to send troops to defeat Scottish rebels, Queen Elizabeth of england had to co nclude the treaty of Berwick with the scots to send an army north to help defaet the French. following the death of Mary's mother mary of guise.
IN 1565 Mry marries Henry Stuart, Lord of Darnley, and soon after gives birth to James VI, Henry Stuart is tyhen murdered after fallining ill and mary then marries bothwell. This is a step to far for the Protestant lords and they begin to rebell against mary which leads her fleeing to England.
her arrival in England is short lived when she is captured by Elizabeth and is held in the tower of London and mary is then part of many plots to overthrow Elizabeth.
