Storyboard Text

  • WHAAAAAAGH SOMEONE HAS STOLEN MY HAMMER!
  • I...didn't...see...it...
  • LOKI HAVE YOU BEEN BUSY STEALING MY HAMMER?
  • I've buried the thunder-hammer eight leagues beneath the earth.  If you ever want to see it again, bring me the beautiful Freyja to be my bride!
  • Thor wakes up and he realizes that his hammer is now missing.
  • Thor, instead of Freyja marrying Thrym, you should dress up as Freyja pretending to marry Thrym.
  • Thor goes to his half-brother, Loki, who is the trickster most cunning, god of fire and blacksmiths, the least trustworthy of all the gods.
  • Oh good king Thrym, Shouldn't you bring out Thor's hammer mjolnir to honor your part of the bargain?
  • Bring out the hammer, and lay it across her knees.
  • Loki and Thor went to Freyja and Loki borrowed her magical white cloak and became a raven, and flew down to Jontheim where Thrym saw through the magic.
  • Loki goes back and tells Freyja and Thor that the only way to get back Thor's hammer was for Freyja to marry Thrym and she refuses, but Loki comes up with a plan to get the hammer back.
  • Thor is sitting next to Thrym at the feast and Thrym is getting suspicious but Loki is tricking Thrym and trying to get Thor his hammer.
  • Thor get's his hammer back and killed Thrym with a single blow to the head and cleared the mead-hall making all the giants fall one-by-one if they were foolish enough not to run away.
