Everyone meets up at Fred's house to figure out how to catch the Kabuki Mask Guy, and Hiro decides to make hero suits for everyone to help
Hiro's Garage
Everyone heads to the island where the Kabuki Mask Guy is hiding out, and finds an abandoned science experiment for teleportation
Krei's Tower
The Kabuki Mask Guy attacks them, and they successfully remove his mask, and Hiro finds out he is Professor Callaghan, and blames him for his brother's death. Hiro forces Baymax to kill him, but his friends stop them, and the guy gets away
Inside the Portal
Hiro is distraught, so Baymax tries to cheer him up by showing him early recordings of Tadashi creating him. Hero makes ammends with himself and goes back to his friends
Everyone rushes to Krei's Tower, where Callaghan is planning to attack with the broken portal. He turns it on, and it starts sucking up the entire tower. They subdue Callaghan, but Baymax detects a person on the other side of the portal
Hiro and Baymax enter the portal, and fly to a small shuttle where someone is unconscious. Some space debris rips off most of Baymax's suit. Baymax uses his rocket fist to save Hiro and the person, but is stuck in the portal. Hiro finds a chip clenched in the rocket fist, and uses it to rebuild Baymax.
