This is my brother Colin. He is stressed because he's falling behind in his classes at college due to the amount of time he spends in band and at work.
The stress from all the activities he's involved in is causing a problem in his sleep. He only sleeps about four hours a night.
1. Make a schedule 2. Limit distractions 3. Don't procrastinate 4. Talk to someone 5. Try to get rid of some unnecessary jobs to do for others or let someone help you.
The loss of sleep from stress is causing him to doze off during lectures at school which results in bad grades.
I finally decided to talk to my brother to help him manage his stress.
After talking, we ended up making of list of ways to help manage stress and wrote it on the board.
Also, I find telling jokes and laughing is helping him. Now my brother can reduce his stress and be happy.
