The catharsis of a tragedy is where the audience feels pity or fear. In this case of catharsis is when Caitlin tells the story of how her husband died when the accelerator exploded
Hamartia is the hero's flaw that leads to his downfall later in the story. In this case, Barry's hamartia is when he is too afraid of hurting others, so he decides to work alone.
The hubris of a tragedy is the hero's extreme pride and disrespect for the natural order of the world. One way this is showed is when Barry as the Flash starts imprisoning meta-humans. This isn't disrespect just not following the natural orders of the world.
