Leo finds Senator Bob as he is leaving the senate building he asks him if he can pass a new law about not throwing trash on the ground but he is largely ignored
Leo and his friends are peacefully protesting to get Senator Bobs attention
Senator Bob is Talking to the people about a new law on not throwing trash away. In a democracy, government and citizens work together. The government listens to the needs to the people and change things as needed
Leo is happy now He can finally play with his friends at the baseball field.
