When boys turned 11 they left there house hold and went to go be apprentices, they worked for free for 7 years and then were able to start there own buisness

Girls were never apprenticed but some have, when Girl's were 13 or 14 they were sent to different house holds to learn specialized skills like weaving and cheese making

Students were also taught manners and were taught proper behavior
