Storyboard Text

  • In the beginning, there was only darkness, but also excepting six beings: First man, First woman, Salt Woman, Fire God, Coyote, and Begochiddy- child of the sun.
  • Begochiddy made 4 mountains,  one in the North, South, East, and West. But still, there was no light, which was the cause of people leaving the First World.
  • Begochiddy planted a reed,  gathered all his creation and crawled inside.  The reed grew into the Second World occupied by the Cat people. The Cat People and First Beings fought for years.
  • He again hopped into his reed and ventured to the next world. In the third world, he created rivers, lakes, mountains, and all kinds of animals.  It was full of light and absolutely perfect.
  • One day, Coyote took the baby of the Water Monster, which made him angry. He sent waters on the land flooding the world. So Begochiddy hopped into his reed and the waters rose him to the next world.
  • The Fourth World became the home of the Navajos, Begochiddy taught them the right way to live.  As well as creating mountains and setting the moon, sun, and stars up in the sky.
