Storyboard Text

  • Exposition
  • You can not go beyond the reef, Moana. It is far to dangerous for a young creature like you. Maybe when  you get bigger and stronger with flying like everyone else, then possibly but for this moment you must stay in the village.
  • Conflict
  • Happy birthday Moana!! We're sorry your mother couldn't make it. The castle has got her very busy.
  • Rising Action
  • Welcome, may i ask who you are?
  • Moana is not the typical Disney princess you've heard about. She is a nephilim, which is a Half Angel/Half Demon. This story is about a young girl preparing to become the Village of Oahu's next Chief. Chief Tuini, Moana's father wants her to succeed in becoming the ruler, but Moana wants to explore the waters beyond her.
  •
  • Moana wanted to explore beyond the reef, and her grandmother always tells her that the ocean chose her. Moana never understood until one day...
  •
  • Her village waved the princess goodbye on her 16th birthday as she set off to find Maui. On her way there she met another princess. She was the princess of the Island and the Sea of Beriqiuta.
  •
  •  The princess has never met any humans, so she was shocked to meet Moana. "Who sent you?" She asked. Moana said, "The Village of Oahu, i am their princess. I am Moana of Oahu, I am in search for Maui the Demi-god to  the wind and sea, a hero to all." The princess handed over her prisoner, Maui over to Moana. "I will have him restore the heart of Te Fiti and if you would like him to be brought back then i will do so.
  • The princess didn't reply, but left Moana of with a nod. A short while after having Maui restore the heart, the villagers and both princesses saw the good he had in his heart, for Maui has changed his was to be a better 'hero to all'.
  • The villagers cheered and rooted, for their new princess has saved the island form tarnishing and disappearing into a long lost life.
