  • COUNT THE SLAVES!!!
  • DON'T! ITS A TRAP!!!

  • If I don't figure out some kind of compromise, things will get out of hand.

  • STOP FIGHTING!!! We will count each slave as three-Fifths of a man, PERIOD. END OF STORY.

  • The Ratification of the Constitution
  • There were two groups of people who were constantly arguing about whether or not the constitution should be ratified.
  • VS
  • ANTI-FEDERALISTS
  • The constitution should be ratified as soon as possible!
  • •The Federalists wanted the Constitution to be ratified as soon as possible •They were generally wealthy and well educated •The Federalists wanted a national bank.
  • •The Anti-Federalists, on the other hand, wanted the articles of confederation to be amended •They wanted a BILL OF RIGHTS that spells out the individual rights of every U.S. citizen
  • The articles of confederation is the best!
