Storyboard Text

  • My city, Corinth, is in desperate need of water. If only the miracle of a lake, or maybe even a river appeared.
  • Hey there's Zeus! Such a trouble maker because he has the river god! I must do the river god a favor and maybe he will bring me a river!
  • Have you seen my daughter? She's lost and I will do anything if you tell me which way she has gone.
  • I could tell him a lie so that he can bring me a river!
  • Oh yes Zeus took your daughter. Can you give my city a river?
  • Thank you! Yes, here is your river in return
  • I am furious! Now the river god thinks I took his daughter! The king shall go to the underworld immediately
  • Perfect! Now only if Zeus wasn't mad at me..
  • Back then, putting a golden coin under the dead persons tongue would send them to the underworld
  • Dear wife! When I die, be a good wife and DO NOT put a coin under my tongue
  • Alright.
  • The next day..
  • Hmm I must tell a lie
  • My wife was too cheap
  • Too cheap? Ha! You go back to her and teach her how to treat a king!
  • King! You do not have a golden coin! How did you expect to go to the underworld?!
