Storyboard Description

ratification of the Constitution

Storyboard Text

  • There is no need for a Bill Of Rights in the Constitution. We should just speed up the process.
  • We need states rights and a limited national government to fix this country.
  • A strong national government with wealthy, well educated people is what this country needs.
  • Maybe we should just compromise.
  • Lets have the Bill of Rights come later after the Constitution is ratified!
  • That sounds like a Great idea!
  • Obviously the states should be represented proportionally. If they weren't that would hardly be fair.
  • Matters that impact the states, impact them equally. So if you want to be fair the states should be represented equally.
  • The larger the state the bigger the impact so it should be proportional.
  • The small states would be ignored if the larger states got proportional votes.
  • We should compromise and have two branches of government! One bicameral and one unicameral!
  • That sounds like a splendid idea!
