I am an anti federalist and think that we should have a bill of rights because its necessary to safeguard the individuals liberty.
I am a Federalist and think that we should not have a bill of rights and should just have the constitution because our states and our people are given the power not given to our government.
Are you kidding me right now! WE NEED THE BILL OF RIGHTS!
Gentlemen calm down. Lets discuss this in a calmly manner.
NO WE DO NOT!! The states and the people already have power!
The Bill of rights was then added to the constitution on December 15, 1791. The FEderalists had lost the battle.
I am a from a bigger state like Virginia and think that we should count slaves towards population because we will have a greater representation in the house of representatives.
I am from a smaller state such as New Jersey and do not think slaves should be counted towards population because it gave more power to the southern states.
We have come to a agreement that 3/5ths of all other persons will be counted.
