This storyboard does not have a description.
The year is 1787, and the Northern and Southern states are at a disagreement over counting slaves a being taxed or not. Let's see how it is going...
We should not count slaves as part of the population and should stay keeping them as property because they can not vote, and what other "power" do they have?
North (Left) South (Right)
If us Southern states count slaves as population, we will have more power than you, so I say we count them.
Of course I disagree! Why would I want the Southern states to have more representation to Congress then us!
Well what do you want then?!
AAAAAAGH! WHO ARE YOU GUYS?!
We say that you count the slaves as 3/5 of a person to tax so you can both get some good out of this! We'll call it... THE 3/5 COMPROMISE
