  • NO!! Your not allowed in the family! your an "it"
  • Characters
  • The Conflict
  • Honey, he's coming!
  • I know honey, our baby boy is almost here.
  • The setting of the story takes place in the basement mostly, because thats where David lives and be at most of the time because he's not accepted in the family.
  • David being at school
  • I..I.. I'm hungry and mother doesn't feed me!
  • Mrs. Williams, David took our lunch!
  • DAVID!!!! WHY ARE YOU STEALING YOUR PEERS LUNCH?!
  • Yeaaa!!!! mines too. i was really hungry.
  • The story "A Child Called It" is consisted of a variety of characters. Mother, Father, Three boys and David. David is the main person in the story because he's the "It" in the story mother doesn't like.
  • What i learned
  • Mother, i was just hungry i wanted something to eat.
  • HAVEN'T I TOLD YOU DON'T STEAL! I DON'T CARE HOW HUNGRY YOU ARE YOU WILL NOT EAT, YOU WILL CLEAN
  • The moral conflict of the story is when Mother gave birth to another baby boy, and she treated him differently from the rest of them. and always made him clean, and barely fed him.
  • Recommendation
  • David was always sent to school with the same smelly clothes and he barely ate, he always had to go to school hungry, and abandant.
  • Welcome to Mrs. Wlliams 5th grade class!
  • What i learned from this story, was you should get treated equally from your family members at all times, and never let your parents make u down, when your capable of doing what you choose to do.
  • I recommend people to read this book, because it's a good book on how mother treated David differently from the family, and how he had to do everything in his power to survive.
