social studies storyboard

This storyboard does not have a description.
As a big state we should receive representation based on the amount of people we have in our state so that the amount of votes is proportional to the population.
Every state should receive the same amount of representation. It would not be fair because all of us small states would be outvoted every time by the big states.
We shall create two houses, to satisfy both big and small states. The senate will have two senators for each state. The House of Representatives will be proportional to the people.
Slaves should not be counted for the population in a state. They are slaves not citizens so they shouldn't be counted as citizens.
Slaves are still people and they live in our state so they should be counted as a person. In result, we should revive more representation.
We will count slaves as 3/5 as a person, to settle the disagreement. It will now be more fair for both slave states and non-slave states.
