We, the big states, are for proportional representation. We have more people and it is only fair to count us as a larger majority so everyone can be heard!
Us small states are for equal representation because it would be in our benefit to count all states as one vote. The big states would not have an advantage over us!
We have come to the conclusion that, in favor of the small states, the Senate will have equal representation, and in favor of the larger states, the House of Representatives will be of proportional representation.
We are the Federalists and we support The Constitution. We are for it because we are obviously in need of a stronger central government, especially after the weakness of the Articles of Confederation. The government had far too little control over the states and we were not unified!
We do not support The Constitution! Why would we try to bring back a strong central government after breaking from one? We, the Anti-Federalists, need rights included in this Constitution if we would begin to consider this!
In conclusion, we have decided to add onto our Constitution a Bill of Rights. This will work to ensure the guaranteed rights of citizens and persuade even the Anti-Federalists to agree and support the Constitution.
