Storyboard Description

In this chapter, Rex has Janette and Rex dig a hole for the foundation. However, he keeps procrastinating and the hole gets filled up with their garbage, which causes a rat to get into their house. The rat gets killed by their new dog Tinkle and their mom hangs him by a tree, who gets shot by someone who thought it was a possum. Later, Janette wants to paint the house with a can of paint that she found, but nobody else wanted to. Also in this chapter, Janette talks about some of the neighbors in their area, including a lady named Ginnie Sue who is a whore. After befriending Ginnie Sue’s oldest daughter Kathy, Janette goes to her house and helps Ginnie Sue prepare chicken and Janette kind of forgets that she’s a whore.
