Speech & Political Expression
Remember! Don't talk about violence, personal attacks, use obscene language, make innuendos, or threats!
Hello fellow students!
We made it to the postseason! It's time to do a drug test.

Students cannot be disciplined for an idea as long as it does not disrupt school activity or interfere with the rights of others. Schools can limit where, when and how speeches are made.
Schools can have a random drug testing policy for anyone participating in extracurricular activities. If a student is suspected of being under the influence, they need to call the parents or guardians and request an immediate doctor examination.
