Remember, Sandy. Mom told you to be nice to this girl. Just fake it and don't get caught!
OH MY GOD, Cassie! Hey! It's me, Sandy!
Sandy and Cassie had met a party last Saturday. They didn't have anything in common, but they were nice to each other. Afterwards, Sandy's mom predicted that Cassie was an outcast and told Sandy to be nice. They had classes together, but only noticed the other now. They hated their lives.
NO! Not Sandy. I hate Sandy.
Sandy invited Cassie to her party like her mom told her to. She just tried to smile and not vomit. If only she knew that Cassie was secretly cooking up a plan so she didn't have to go. If only Cassie knew Sandy didn't want her to come. If only the girls knew their hatred was mutual.
I'm havin' a party tonight. It's gonna be CRAZY! There's gonna be kabobs and dunking and apple cider! Do you wanna come? I'll save you a party hat!
Ha Ha. Yeah, I'll see what I can do.
The following afternoon the girls met in the bathroom. Sandy asked Cassie if she was going to the party. Sandy was also crossing her fingers behind her back, hoping she would say no. Cassie has forgot about the party completely, so she had to make an excuse on the spot and hope Sandy would buy it. Sandy did and each girl did a tiny happy dance in their brains because Cassie wasn't going. Luckily that was the end of it.
It's okay! Maybe next time.
Hey, Cass! So, are you coming to my party?
I would love to, but I can't. I'm so sorry. My mom suddenly wants to go on a family road trip. Weird, but yeah. Sorry!
