Battle of Trenton
The Battles of Lexington and Concord was a battle that was held on April 19. The British troops arrived in Lexington to fight around 70 minutemen. The battle resulted in the British winning and most of the minutemen dead and ten of them wounded.
Battle of Saratoga
In May 1775 Arnold captured the large supply of weapons in the fort. The British leaders then woke up to the colonial forces at Breed's Hill on June 17. The Red Coats were fighting against the Patriots. The battle resulted in the Red coats winning and the patriots took the loss. The Patriots lost the battle but proved that they could take on the Red Coats.
Battle of Yorktown
On Christmas night 1776 Washington and his 2,400 soldiers rowed across the Delaware river.
