  • It's important to brush your teeth. Doctors recommend you brush your teeth twice a day (once in the morning and once befor e you go to bed).
  • It's also a good idea to eat a balanced breakfast every morning. Studies show that kids that eat breakfast perform better in school. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
  • I carefully cross the road and get on the school bus, on my way to school.
  • I eat a healthy lunch, complete with protien and fruit.
  • Playing sports increases your strength and durability. Staying fit is important. I swim. It's important to stay hydrated.
  • It's also important to get a good night's sleep.
