  • Well, the mineral is called corundum. It comes in a variety of colors, has a white streak, and is hexigonal
  • Oh! I heard that corundum has a hardness of 9.
  • Corundum is also part of the Öxide "family one way you can tell is because of the fractures it has.
  • What I love about corundum is that it has so many uses.
  • Yeah, it can be used in jewlery making, gemstone, and is used as an abrasive.
  • Corundum is a viterous (glassy) mineral but is non-metalic
  • wow, we should discuss this more on our next date.
