When my friends and I were at 4th of July this year I fell and I hurt my back which led me to hurting my back for a good 3 weeks of back pain.
(rewind) Julia, Shannon, and I were going over to the chairs when I slipped and fell on the road. Shannon helped me up and set me down on the curb. My mom came over and tried to help me walk. I could walk but it hurt a lot to walk
While my other friends played somewhere else Shannon and Julia sat with me so I didn't feel left out .which was nice because I was already bumbed about not being able to walk
A week later I had softball and my back hurt really bad. I really wanted to go since it was the championship game. In hitting warm ups my swing was off but it was still swing worthy.
Out in the field I played first (the usual) and my back hurt but I pushed though the inning. When I came up to bat my back felt like it was going to die. Swinging made me tear up but I kept going. After that inning I sat out because my back was aching.
I stretched and I felt somewhat better, my friend had come to the game and that made me feel better in emotional way because I was feeling really down.
