Osmosis is the movement of molecules through a semi permeable membrane into a region of higher concentration
in the direction that equalizes the concentration on each side.
Diffusion is just like osmosis, but it does not occur in cells. For example, febreeze molecules diffuse through the air. This makes it so that people further away from the febreeze smell it later than the people close to it.
The cardiovascular system allows for the circulation of blood and the transportation of nutrients.
The respiratory system is what allows you to intake the oxygen that you need and to expel the carbon dioxide you no longer need.
