First I am going to email multiple big cooperations like The Royal Bank of Canada, and tell them that Indigenous communities don't have clean drinking water. They would want to help out for charity. I would persuade them that it would look really good on their company.
To be effective, I will be socially active on social media. This means I will be tweeting, commenting on their posts and pushing them to help the Indigenous people. This will create a buzz and other corporations will help too. This will work because the whole world will see how the cooperations will respond.
When all of the big cooperations are willing to help the Indigenous people, we will send a representative to the government so they can match corporate donations. We will tell them that it will take a lot of money and time but we are committed to
When the Indigenous Chief realizes that we have the government to donate their time and money to help build an infrastructure for clean water in the Reserves we will get their permission. Everyone agrees that we can not leave Canadians with unsafe water.
A lot of Canadians will help us. We will use social media to get the government, and that this is the change we want. The government will decide to go thru with our plan and partner up with cooperations.
Now that we have all of the support, we can start to build the infrastructure for the reserves across Canada.
Time and lots of money later...
The Indigenous have clean water on Reserves.
