  • King Henry VII broke away from the church to build his own church, enabling him to divorce his wife Catherine of Aragon, and then marry Ann Blolyn. The church eventually became the Church of England.
  • Jane Seymor gave birth to Edward with King Henry. Edward the sixth became king at age nine and ruled until he died at fifteen.
  • Queen Mary, also known as "Bloody Mary," restored catholicism to England and burned 300 protestants at the stake. She married King Phillip.
  • Queen Elizabeth restored the Church of England and risked war, although Fr ance and Spain tried to ally with her.
  • France and Spain
  • Catholic Assassins came everywhere for everyone, and they were to kill Queen Elizabeth. They had no choice but to execute her.
  • The Naval Battle took place in 1558, and Spain threatened to invade England. Spain had the best army but was destroyed by England's army, which was most powerful because of the winning battle.
