Bear and Hibernation
By 40002446, Updated
a fable for LA
Bear was taking a stroll in the forest when he saw some frost on the ground. Bear then remembered that he would soon have to get ready for hibernation and have to gather food. But Bear didn't want to and went to go play.
Bear noticed Deer and asked if he wanted to play. "I can't right now. I need to prepare for winter," Deer replied. Bear nodded and walked away, going to see if anyone else wanted to play.
It had been a couple of days after Bear had asked if anyone wanted to play with him. And by, then it had started to snow. And Bear still didn't make any preparations for the winter.
Bear now sat in his cave, cold and famished. For he had not gotten anything to eat for the winter. All the food was gone and the snow had started to fall.
Bear's body went into hibernation mode and he went to sleep. Only to never wake up again.
The moral of this story is to not procrastinate and don't wait till the last minute to do something.
