How does water turn hard when Its cold, and dissapears when Its hot?
The heat energy of corse.
When it's cold, the heat energy leaves the water and the molocules don't have any energy to move and then they compact together and become hard ice.
Okay, but what it disapearing when it heats up
The same way it freezes, just backwards. And it doesn't dissapear, it evaporates. When heat energy is added the adoms they move faster making it less dense making it evaporate.
Thanks for helping me understand how water changes between states of matter.
