  • You are the most beautiful woman in Verona! If you will not marry me I will kill myself!
  • I this tragic romance two lovers from rival families go through tough challenges to be together. This classic was originally written by William Shakespeare.
  • Climax
  • Oh Romeo! This feud has caused you to kill! To be banished from Verona! Now I have to marry another!
  • In the exposition we learn about the fight between the Capulet's and the Montague's and how the citizens despise it. The Prince warn the rivals of how much he will punish them if they do not stop this nonsense.
  • Falling Action
  • That way I can leave without challenge! Me and my Romeo will forever be happy! Thank you!

  • One Rising Action is when Romeo and Juliet meet and are automatically in love, although they are from rival families.  They know they are destined to be wed, which they do days later. The altercation with Tybalt at the party creates tension. This leads to Tybalt killing Mercutio and then Romeo killing Tybalt.
  • Resolution
  • My Romeo has perished! Now I have to for then I will only be happy.
  • In my opinion the climax of the story is when Romeo is banned from Verona for killing Tybalt. Juliet is now about to be wed to another man, Paris who was chosen by her parents, and there is a chance she will never see her true love again.
  • A falling action is Friar Lawrence giving Juliet a drink that will make her seem dead. This way she can escape after she wakes up and the funeral is over. Friar Lawrence sends a note to Romeo so that he knows of the situation and to come get her.
  • In the sad resolution of this famous play Romeo does not receive the letter, but gets word that Juliet is dead. The letter was stopped because of a quarantine, but somehow he gets to talk to an ill informed person. He goes to her grave and, seeing his love in a dead state, kills himself. Juliet wakes up and sees her love perished. She decides to die with him.
