  • All Summer Long
  • There once was a boy who loved to swim. He loved to jump in the pool and make big splashes.
  • Winter
  • "You will turn into a fish" she said coldly.
  • Listen To Your Grandma
  • All summer long he stayed in the pool. When the other kids raced into the park to play cricket and rounders, he swam. When the sound of the ice-cream truck van drew everyone from the pool, he dived and thrashed his tail and headed for the bottom.
  • Winter came and the boy stayed in his room miserable. Then his mother said ''Get up. Go out. Find a new sport. Go jogging". At first the boy took no notice. Then one day, just to please her. He started jogging. One evening he ran for hours around the block. His mother called him in for dinner but he kept running.
  • He started to gallop, his grandma leaned out of an upstairs window. Her voice was high pitched and was carried to him on the wind "You'll turn into a horse,'' she said.
