  • This is the exposition because it introduces the characters and setting. In the story the author introduces George and Lydia (the parents) that live in a house that maintains itself. The parents become concerned about their children that are very spoiled and about the fact that they have a nursery. 
  • Falling Action
  • Where are they???
  • This is the rising action because the problem builds up. In the story the parents are trying to find a way to lock the nursery.
  • Resolution
  • This is the climax because it's the turning point of the story. In the story parents lock up the nursery.
  • Theme
  • This is the falling action because conflict get's slowly resolved. In the story parents are looking for the children.
  • This is the resolution because the conflict get's resolved. In the story the kids (Wendy and Peter) locked the parent's in the nursery with the  dangerous lion.
  • Children?... open the door! There is a lion here!!! Please...
  • The theme of this story is: great power comes with great responsibility because when you have lots of power like the kids (Wendy and Peter), you need to know how to handle it and treat it responsibly. When you abuse that power than there will be consequences.
