  • Israelites hear a large rumble
  • WHAT'S GOING ON!?
  • Moses talks to God
  • Moses I have something very important to tell you
  • God your wish is my Command, I will do anything for you!
  • The Ten Commandments
  • Moses these are the commandments that your people will follow by!
  • Yes my Lord!
  • On the third morning after Moses had talked to God, the Israelites were busy making their breakfast when all of a sudden there was a large rumble and flash over the Mountain
  • Israelites hear about the rules
  • God has asked of me if you would be able to follow rules to make your lives a lot less sadder?
  • A LOT LESS SADDER??...... WE WOULD DO ANYTHING MOSES!
  • Moses walked up the mountain to hear from God once more. This was something very important, for Moses had stayed up in the mountain for 40 days and 40 nights. God had wanted to instruct the people on how to live. By the people following his rules the people would live with less sadness in their lives. When God does this he would be protecting them.
  • Moses explains the Commandments
  • Will you be able to follow these rules?
  • As we said before Moses we would do anything!
  • God had said to Moses that he would just talk about the first ten commandments, when God had said this Moses knew immediately that the first ten commandments were the most important for his people.
  • The End
  • Why didn't we have these commandments before we lived a sad life?!! Now we are a whole lot happier!!
  • God has sent me down to ask of you, to follow these rules to help make your lives a whole lot less sadder.
  • the first four commandments are really similar but are completely different things. the first commandment is to worship God, God wants us to only pray to him and no other God. The second Commandment is to put God first, this means nothing should be more important than God. The third commandment is to use his name with respect, meaning never use his name as a swear word. The fourth commandment is to remember the sabbath day, we should at least have one day of the week to rest.
  • Remember as you hear each commandment they are all equally important, one is not more important than the other. And in the end the Israelite people lived a lot less sadder life and a much more happier life!
