  • This is when Patty calls the cops because she sees the dead bodies on the ground. The cops first suspect Rubin.
  • "You must spend 19 years in prison."
  • The night when Patty had called the cops, Rubin was on the other side of town. Then suddenly, a cop pulled him over and blamed him for the murder. Even though he was on the other side of town.
  • Now all the criminals in their coats and their ties are free to drink martinis and watch the sun rise while Rubin sits like Buddha in a ten-foot cell.An innocent man in a living hell. That's the story of the Hurricane but it won't be over till they clear his name and give him back the time he's done . Who is the speaker in these put him in a prison cell but one time he coulda been.
  • It was four in the morning and they took Rubin to the hospital. The man told that was in the hospital said that he wasn't the one. The authorities blamed him for something that he never did.
  • Yes here comes the story of the Hurricane The man the authorities came to blame for something that he never done put in a prison cell but one time he could-a been the champion of the world.
  • Rubin was sent to jail for 19 years. The "all-white jury" convicted him guilty of committing three murders which was not even true.
  • While that happened, the two real criminals remained unsuspected and free to commit more crimes of which Rubin would be blamed for.
