GO AWAY YOU STUPID DOG!
The main characters in this story are a little boy and the dark brown dog.The setting of this story takes place in front of a street corner. During the beginning some conflict is included because the boy immediately miss treats the dog. The dog just takes the abuse given to him.
I DON'T LIKE HIM!
Once the dog shows some kind of entertainment to the boy he starts to take interest in the dog. The boy tries to bring the dog home but he his family doesn't approve. Especially his father.
Some specific plot moments are the boy and the dog starting to become friends. The father cannot stand the dog and wants him out. In the story it's explained how he has had his worse drunken moments. some additional characters are the little boy's family. The author appeals to the reader's emotions by really tapping into where they would feel it. He wants his readers to really understand even though it's sad.
The major turning point of change is when the father comes home one night not in his right state of mind and starts having fun abusing the dog until it's too late. This moment is where it will hurt the readers the most. In my opinion it was surprising because I would have never thought that an innocent little dog would loose its life because after all the mistreats he's gotten he reacted back with love and respect.
The result of this story is the dog dies. The father was not affected by his actions. He laughed at the deed he did. The little was heartbroken and crushed. He tried to run as fast as he can down the stairs to hold his friend one final time.
The conflict was resolved as the boy stayed by his friend. I think the message within this story is that don't judge at first just because someone else looks different. Cherish everything you have and what has come to you before its too late because once it's gone you won't get it back.
