This storyboard does not have a description.
Moose's dad was not paid enough money at his job and I know this because it stated on page 103-104,"'I'm sorry. I said I would if I could, but now I can't.' 'Mom, you have to!' 'We need the money Moose...."'
Piper's family lived in a mansion next to the prisoners. It stated on page 35,"Across the cell house is a fancy mansion with flowerpots on the steps and curtains in the windows".
In the book Piper says her mom censors all the mail, I know this because on page 128 the text states,"'I read Al's mail. I get to read everything, even the stuff he doesn't get to see. He got lots of letters from people asking for money that my mom mails back."'
According to this website (https://careertrend.com/info-8161759-wages-1930s.html) The average workers were paid $0.15 to $0.95 an hour.
The warden did live on Alcatraz, but it wasn't a mansion, just a large house. The website I used was http://www.alcatrazhistory.com/factsnfig.htm.
According to this website (https://books.google.com/books?id=1duAUPaHSgcC&pg=PA74&lpg=PA74&dq=Was+mail+censored+on+alcatraz&source=bl&ots=VrbYmVnxdh&sig=RIHcrZjMVVLUBGlanstr--tS0N4&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwidrqHjh6PXAhXq6oMKHdrDBHAQ6AEIJTAA#v=onepage&q=Was%20mail%20censored%20on%20alcatraz&f=false) the wives of workers did not censor the mail
