It is about 8 o'clock now and i think im going to go get something to eat before my soccer game at 4
For breakfast I think im gonna have some pancakes, a banana, and some milk to get some carbs, and fat.
It is about 12 now, and for lunch im gonna get my protein with some chicken, my carbs with some salad and fruit and hydrate with an ice cold glass of some delicious water
Im on my way to my game and i think i am going to eat some popcorn to get some carbs in as a pre-game snack
I finally made it to my game and i need to stay hydrated. I brought a huge water bottle to help with that.
Im back home after my game and i need some protein to recover. Maybe a nice steak will do the trick.
